AI-assisted candidate search at a recruitment provider
In a pilot project, a leading Austrian recruitment provider uses Mikis – My individual AI assistant – to support its recruiting team. The aim is to automate search and analysis in candidate research and efficiently incorporate external data sources into the selection process.
Agent-assisted research with API integration
A central element is the development and operational use of Mikis agents that receive specific requests, apply search strategies and retrieve results from external systems, for example through an API connection to a leading candidate management system.
A European language model
A powerful European language model is used for language analysis and content generation, integrated into Mikis through a secure API connection. Data is processed in accordance with GDPR requirements under a data processing agreement with the provider.
Integration with existing systems
Mikis connects to the provider's existing systems through REST APIs, enabling direct interaction between AI and operational processes.
Results and value
During the pilot, recruiters already experienced a clear reduction in routine work and faster screening. Intelligent agent logic, flexible model selection and secure API integration made Mikis an effective tool for everyday recruiting.

The project demonstrates how Mikis, as a modular AI platform, supports recruitment efficiently and securely while integrating with existing technology, with clear responsibilities for people, systems and AI.
