Confidential business communications
An international electronic component distributor successfully uses Mikis as an internal AI assistant.

An international electronic component distributor successfully uses Mikis as an internal AI assistant, hosted entirely on the company's own servers.
For confidential projects in particular, Mikis enables secure processing of sensitive content within the company's own IT infrastructure.
The language models run locally on company-owned hardware, using powerful computers with appropriate GPU support depending on the application. The deployment uses established models as well as locally executed models such as Gemini or LLaMA. Models are selected flexibly according to requirements, without dependence on external cloud platforms.
Mikis helps summarise technical documents, prepare precise email drafts and translate multilingual content, directly on the company's own servers, without external data transmission.
All data and processing remain local. This ensures that no sensitive information is disclosed to third parties or used for external training.
By using Mikis, the company was able to replace cloud-based AI services entirely while significantly improving the efficiency and quality of internal communications: privacy-compliant, customisable and fully under its own control.
