A workshop for secure AI adoption at Krems City Administration
A practical workshop with Krems City Administration evaluated Mikis – My individual AI assistant – as a secure, privacy-compliant solution for everyday administrative work. The aim was to identify specific applications and establish a sound basis for a potential pilot.
The workshop focused on common assistance tasks such as refining text, summarising, translating, preparing minutes and searching internal documents. It also explored specialist use cases involving structured data and documents.
Another focus was assessing suitable infrastructure options, from on-premises deployment and AI PCs to AI hosting in a German data centre.
Conclusion: The workshop provided a sound basis for decisions about secure, practical and strategic use of AI within the organisation.
