Agent-based research processes with API integration
A key element of the project is the development and productive use of Mikis agents that receive requests, apply targeted search strategies, and retrieve results via external systems — for example through API integration with a leading candidate management system.
Use of a European language model
A powerful European language model is used for linguistic analysis and content generation. It has been integrated into Mikis via a secure API connection. Data processing is carried out in compliance with GDPR requirements on the basis of a data processing agreement with the provider.
Seamless integration into existing systems
Mikis was connected to the service provider’s existing system landscape via REST APIs. This enables direct interaction between AI and operational processes.
Results & added value
Even during the pilot phase, the project showed a clear reduction in recruiters’ routine workload and a noticeable acceleration of the screening process. The combination of intelligent agent logic, flexible model selection, and secure API integration made Mikis a powerful tool for modern recruiting workflows.
