AI workshops for the secure introduction of AI at Kompetenzzentrum Sicheres Österreich (KSÖ)

As part of two practice-oriented workshops, the use of Mikis – My Individual AI Assistant as a secure, GDPR-compliant AI solution for day-to-day internal work was evaluated together with Kompetenzzentrum Sicheres Österreich (KSÖ). The aim was to identify concrete use cases and create a solid foundation for possible next steps.

The workshops focused on typical assistance use cases such as text optimisation, summarisation, translation, minute-taking, and internal document-based knowledge search. In addition, various data sources for a potential knowledge base were discussed.

For this purpose, a test system with local language models was set up, and it was examined how an AI system can be operated in a GDPR-compliant manner either on premises or in a secure cloud environment.
